With an adjustable waistband and adjustable leg straps, you can set the exact level of resistance you want depending on your desired exercises, leg length, and flexibility. Flex provides three different levels of resistance bands. Latex free! As you become stronger you can explore new ways of exercising your toes, arches, and ankles and swap out these bands for new challenges. Maximise your turnout with the adjustable velcro strap that offers customisable intensity.
